Bio
Eric Niclaes has spent 25 years with the Department of National Defense. Since his retirement, Eric has been a Contract Software Instructor on Analysts Notebook^®. In January 2009, Eric Niclaes created his company called Investigation Management Tools Training & Consulting Inc. (I.M.T. T. C). Eric has been trained and became a designated Trainer for Perspective^® from PPM2000.

Throughout his career as a Military Policeman, Eric occupied various positions:

• Patrol duties
• Automated Data Processing Investigator
• Criminal Investigator with the National Investigation Service

Over the years, Eric was deployed in Haiti, Kosovo and twice with Foreign Affairs in Zaire and Japan. Eric finished his career as Regional Criminal Intelligence Coordinator where he acquired his expertise. As the only bilingual Instructor, Eric has managed to deliver training to French speaking criminal analysts, expanding his expertise and services to agencies and organizations in Quebec.
